Mr. Ralph Tilon would be heading our European initiatives as the Director and collaborate with our expanding strategic retail players. Ralph holds extensive knowledge and experience in retail supply chain and compliance industry. Over the past decade, he worked for multiple tiers of the European retailers and importers and were responsible for the design of the internal Quality Management System through which he learned a lot about creating intuitive software for business within the retail industry. Ralph subsequently joined an European importer/trader as a Buying and Quality Manager with customers like Lidl, Tedi, KIK, Auchan, Continente and many more throughout all of Europe.

【醫療用品認證需求增 ICW用戶飆19倍】

檢測認證管理平台International Compliance Workshop （ICW）首席執行官林智謙表示，新冠肺炎疫情在全球多國爆發後，口罩及面罩等醫療用品的需求急增，但買家對採購這些用品的認證要求不清，亦有不法中介公司誤導廠商以假證書出貨，市場對其平台提供的認證服務需求因而急升，幾乎每日都有10個至20個買家主動接洽，平台用戶由半年前約300個，升至如今約6000個，急增19倍。

疫症引發全球醫療物資的搶購潮，醫用口罩的合規性亦引起消費者關注。林智謙稱，歐美市場本身對醫療物資有嚴格把關，但疫情下採購需求緊急，市場資訊混亂，有零售商因而購入持假證書或無效報告進口的產品，「2月時有歐美大型超市與我們接洽，為他們檢查證書，希望為他們介紹有質素的供應商。」


採購目標主攻醫用口罩


ICW半年前推出iSource服務，能夠讓客戶按其需要，短時間內直接找到一批已認可及具質素的供應商。林智謙表示，因應疫情，iSource在約一個月前推出防疫用品專區，買家的查詢亦大增，除了藥房、超市等銷售商，亦有政府、診所、保險公司及其他企業，「他們採購目標多數是醫用口罩，約一成是N95這類高規格口罩，約兩成是面罩及護目鏡，消毒液則不多，呼吸機的查詢都有，但我們未有相關認證專家，亦提供不到這類產品的服務。」

雖然疫情下令平台用戶大增，但林智謙表示， 醫療防疫產品佔整體服務需求仍小，公司業務50%為玩具、雜貨，化妝品及電子產品則分別佔30%及20%。


他指出，近年留意到輕工業品的生產鏈正加快轉移到東南亞等國家，公司自2年前已在越南及印度部署。目前公司全球員工約40多人，在香港、深圳、上海、越南、印度、英國及美國都有員工。

該公司是獲政府創科創投基金投資的本地初企。林智謙認為，iSource服務機遇大，並將加速發展，公司近2個月已近收支平衡；未來會加大人手於平台研發及銷售，亦會於中國及印度物色更多供應商。

公司正進行A+輪融資，目前籌集800萬至1000萬美元，預計6月至7月完成。
