ICW secures US$5.75M in Series A+ funding round

International Compliance Workshop (ICW) has raised USD 5.75 in Series A+ funding round led by Infinity Ventures Partners with participation from Integrated Capital, existing investors MindWorks Capital, and the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government.

ICW plans to use this funding to：

  1. Enhance the technological capabilities within its holistic compliance management system and product testing platform.
  2. Integrate additional features to B2B sourcing platform iSource.

USD 2.52 Million Series A Capital Raise

International Compliance Workshop Limited (ICW) is proud to announce the completion of USD 2.52 million Series A capital raise on 4 April 2019.


It is the first investment of The Innovation and Technology Venture Fund Corporation (ITVFC) established by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, in partnership with Mindworks Venture, to co-invest in local innovation and technology start-ups.


With the outstanding performances over the past 12 months, the total number of enterprise subscribers and transaction sales through the ICW marketplace portal have increased by 4000% and 240% respectively.

The fund will be utilized to enhance the technological capabilities of our holistic compliance management system and product testing/inspection/factory audit platform. ICW would also exploit market opportunities in the United States and the Middle East with the new investment resources.
